I was just there today! It was also my first visit, looking forward for the experience & food 'coz my company is also looking for a new group lunch/ dinner place atmosphere. Well, I went there with a colleague for lunch. We arrived at 1210pm, got seated 5 minutes later but waited for a waitress for 20 minutes! At 1235pm our orders were taken, (we ordered the lightning lunch as we are running out of time), but food came at exactly 1250pm. Asked to have it packed up, & they came back after another 5 minutes. So pretty much we wasted our 1 hour lunch at this restaurant with empty stomachs. Later found out after opening my lunch that I didn't even get my french fries, wow terrible service. No thanks BP, not coming back to your restaurant!
